With 6 years of experience in movement modalities, weightlifting and Ashtanga yoga, I have expanded my expertise to involve body work. I have been a certified massage therapist for 3 years. For 2 years, I have been certified and specialize in a unique style of massage, called Esalen massage. And within the past year, I have been certified as a Structural Integration Bodyworker through Anatomy Trains, and can provide a 3 series. I will be completing Anatomy Trains’ final certification this coming June, and will be a certified structural Integrator, able to provide a 12 series of Structural Integration work.
